2026 Rates & Policies

June 17- September 7, 2026

  • 7 Night Minimum (Saturday-Saturday)
  • $2065 + HST/ Week (295+HST Daily Rate)
  • 25% Deposit Required at Time of Booking
  • Full Payment Due upon Check-In Day
  • 25% Deposit is Refundable for Cancellations 60+ Days before Check-In 
  • Cancellations within 60 days of Check-In Date will result in Non-Refundable 25% Deposit

May 23- June 17, 2026 | September 7- October 12, 2026

  • 3 Night Minimum
  • $265 + HST Daily Rate
  • 25% Deposit Required at Time of Booking
  • 25% Deposit is Refundable for Cancellations 60+ Days before Check-In 
  • Cancellations within 60 days of Check-In Date will result in Non-Refundable 25% Deposit

Additional Policies:

Check In Time: 4:00pm

Check Out Time: 10:00am

-Cottages are completely SMOKE FREE

-Pets are not permitted unless special permission is given by cottage owner

-Property damage caused by Guests will be billed to Guests

-Special Permission is required for hosting any events at the Cottage
